It all began with the complete renovation of a duplex in San Francisco’s Castro district. The design vision was to create two residences that feel light-filled, airy and expansive, balancing the warmth of traditional architecture with a refined contemporary sensibility. Working from the studs out, we carefully restored the home's original character—ornate moldings, period details—while introducing a curated palette of modern touches.
The result is a timeless and layered interior where heritage and modernity exist in quiet dialogue.
